I haven’t received my donation receipt, what should I do?
Receipts are usually emailed within a few minutes. If you haven’t received yours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with your name, email address, and the amount donated, and we’ll resend it.
I made a mistake with my donation. Can it be corrected?
Yes, if you’ve donated the wrong amount or submitted the wrong details, reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and help resolve it.
How can I update or cancel my monthly donation?
Just send us a message with your full name and the email used for your regular giving. We’ll update or cancel the direct debit for you.
I’m having trouble donating on the website. What should I do?
Technical issues can happen. Let us know what device you’re using and the problem you’re encountering, and we’ll look into it right away.

How do I report an issue with an appeal or campaign?
If something on one of our appeal pages doesn’t look right, send us the link and a short description of the issue. We’ll fix it as quickly as we can.
How do I know my donation reached the intended project?
We regularly update donors through reports, stories, and verified impact updates. To receive these updates, please ensure you have opted in to receive emails from us. If you want confirmation about a specific donation, get in touch and we can check this for you.
